• We purchased a Wolf duel fuel range from Albert Lee Appliances around the time of their scratch and dent sale. Their appliance installers were completely booked. (Did I mention, we are in cooking season with the holidays). We were given the name of a local installer, whom we called several times, with no return call. Finally out of frustration, I called the Wolf showroom and was given Jeff's phone number. I called him immediately and he answered the phone (first awesome thing). He was available to install our Wolf within the next few days and didn't mind that it was the weekend. (second awesome thing). Jeff's follow-up and communication is absolutely outstanding!! Best we have ever had. Jeff and C.J. arrived as scheduled, put down the red carpet to protect our carpet and started the job. They were both so professional, courteous, clean and such a pleasure to be around (third awesome thing). Jeff's prices were very fair, I didn't feel price gouged (as I do from some contractors). We have had a lot of work done on our house in the last year and dealt with many contractors and the world of contractors is such a frustrating, arrogant, overpriced arena. BY FAR, Jeff has been the best person we have hired. We will absolutely use Jeff's service again in the future. We highly, highly recommend him.

We have dealt with a variety of contractors for numerous remodel projects and I very rarely leave comments on contractor websites, usually because I'm very rarely motivated by their service to do so. With this company, however, I'm more than happy to comment on the exceptional job that Jeff did for us. We purchased a KitchenAid stove top and downdraft vent to replace an old one that was poorly installed. Jeff made the new install look like it had been originally designed to be there! The company he worked with to make a special stainless border to cover the poor granite cuts from the previous install looks awesome and their turnaround time was fast as well! Jeff is wonderfully professional and and a pleasure to have around. He arrived on time when he said he would (rare with most contractors I've dealt with) and he went out of his way to check on some issues he was concerned about. Oh, and I'm pretty sure he left my kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! Thanks, Jeff!

 I had the pleasure of working with Jeff from Final Touch when I needed a certified Wolf Sub Zero appliance installer.  Jeff actually answered the phone when I called, which surprised me!  I had left messages with two other installation vendors.  Then he made himself available within just a few days!  When they came to do the work, they were professional, they left the house in excellent condition, and they showed me how everything worked, and how to maintain the equipment.  There were no surprises with their fees, they were fair and everything was discussed up front and agreed to.  Jeff and his co-worker were courteous, easy to work with, and friendly!  I have nothing but compliments for Final Touch, and I recommend them whole heartedly!
